My background is in architecture, but this work sits outside of formal design.

It focuses on the lived experience of the city rather than the planned one.

All photographs are taken at street level, documenting everyday situations as they unfold. They are observations rather than compositions, fragments of how cities are actually used.

Each image is a way of looking more closely. Together, they form a broader reflection on what makes cities work, and where they fall short.
